Catherine Wiley is AVP and Lead Counsel at Manulife Financial. Since 2013, she has provided regulatory, compliance, risk management, general corporate advice and litigation management to the Advisory Services (Securities) line of business. Prior to working at Manulife, she was a litigator for eight years at a prominent national law firm. In addition to law, Catherine’s graduate studies include Communication Arts. She was previously a director on the Board of The Wexford Residence, a seniors’ residence that included independent apartments and long-term care. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys theatre and has performed in numerous productions for Nightwood Theatre and Toronto’s Fringe Festival. Catherine joined VHA’s Board in 2014.
