East Toronto Health Partners First Community Webinar Now Available Online
<4>Dear East Toronto community members and partners,
We wanted to extend our sincere gratitude and thanks for those who were able to join us for our first East Toronto Health Partners webinar yesterday afternoon. We were very pleased with the incredible level of engagement and the many thoughtful questions that came in. We look forward to hosting future webinars and town hall events as we continue to build and develop a partnership focused on transforming care for patients, clients and families.
In case you missed it or were not able to join us yesterday, you can click here to listen to the webinar recording and view our presentation, which included: a re-cap of who we are, our year 1 priority populations, engagement and co-design sessions to-date, and more information on the emerging East Toronto primary care network.
Special thanks to Dr. Kevin Workentin and the East Toronto Family Practice Network for partnering with us on this webinar to highlight the important role of primary care in Ontario Health Teams.
In the coming weeks, we will be focusing on completing our application due on Oct. 9 and look forward to sharing that with all of you.
