Visit Rate: Includes direct service time and travel to home.

Initial Visit: 1 to 1.5 hours of direct time which includes an assessment if required

Regular Visit: 45 minutes to 1 hour of direct time

Note: Cancelled visits with less than 4 hour notice will be charged the same rate as a not found rate.
